NWBWA closely follows the goals and objectives of the International Bottled Water Association. Our close ties to IBWA allow us to offer many educational and technical programs that might not otherwise be available to many of our members.

The majority of our programs are conducted at our annual spring convention and trade show.

Our major undertaking each year is the convention and trade show. We have been able to bring in nationally known experts to speak on a number of timely topics for our industry. These people have been very generous with their time and expertise.

The Trade Show is a classic win-win situation. Many of our members are located away from major metropolitan areas. It can be difficult for them to find resources. The trade show allows them the opportunity to see all the new and changing technology in the marketplace.

On the other side, our supplier members have a wonderful opportunity to work with young and growing companies. Their products and services help our members proceed down the path to quality. In consideration of our members' transportation needs, we generally schedule the convention alternately in Seattle and Portland.

Perhaps the greatest benefit of all is your ability to participate in an exchange of information and ideas. You will meet and get to know other association members. This is a vibrant local association that is committed to promoting the highest quality standards for bottled water.
